We work very hard to make our training events with quality and affordability in mind. Even with our best efforts, there are many costs associated with acquiring superior speakers and venues. By observing and being aware of our refund policy, you can help us keep these events fairly priced.
Registrants unable to attend a training session should notify Health Affiliates Maine at least 2 business days prior to the training date in order to receive a refund or credit. If you are unable to attend a Health Affiliates Maine training event and do not notify Health Affiliates Maine in advance, you will be charged the registration fee, if applicable.
Exceptions may be made for registrants unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather or illness). Please contact Health Affiliates Maine if you cannot attend at: firstname.lastname@example.org or 877-888-4304.
Refunds may take up to 30-40 days to process, due to cycle times for processing online payments through Paypal. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
