Outpatient Therapy and Case Management providers will:
- Get to know your patient
- Discuss and assess their needs
- Develop an individualized treatment plan
Your patient can expect that our clinicians will promptly initiate their first appointment.
Our Psychiatric Treatment providers will:
- Formulate a diagnosis
- Prescribe psychotropic medications
- Provide patient education and supportive therapy
- Perform routine monitoring
How our Psychiatric Providers work together with you
With the patient’s consent, our Psychiatric Providers will forward your patient’s progress note at the end of the session. Our goal is to speak directly with the patient’s PCP after the initial appointment, to communicate the clinical impression and plan.
