Nils Bell, LCSW

When we are involved in hardship, loss or trauma it is common to experience struggle and to feel imbalanced by it. I feel passionate to help people recover from these life stressors and then support them in reaching their goals. I work with my clients to help them overcome and cope with their challenges, find value in themselves, discover purpose in their lives and support them in forming healthy relationships. My goal is to work together with each person to help them feel secure, safe and supported within their lives.

I believe each person’s challenges and individuality are unique to them. Therefore, we will formulate goals and use methods which are specific to your experiences and struggles. I will then apply various modalities to help us develop a well rounded treatment plan so that you can reach your goals.
