I practice Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) at Institute for Equine Assisted Practices in Gray.  EAP is a powerful and effective Therapeutic approach that has an incredible impact on individuals, youth, families & groups.  I have been practicing for over 15 years and love my work.  I am passionate about using my training and personal experience to help clients move beyond fear and limitation to a life of freedom and trust. 

My areas of expertise include:
Treating Addiction/Recovery, Eating Disorders, Adolescent Issues & Challenges, Women’s Depth Work, Trauma and Anxiety, all treated with Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy. All sessions are held at the barn with horses involved, therapy is mostly gestalt.

Disorders I treat include:
PTSD, Divorce, Phsyical/Sexual Abuse and Neglect, Attachment Disorders, Conduct Disorder, Eating Disorders, Relationship Issues, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Grief, Loss and Bereavement.

Modalities/Therapeutic Tools Used:
Existential Therapy, Gestalt, Strengths Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Equine Therapy.
